Interaction: Internat’l solo road traveler @ TIIGS
What do you get when you combine a songster, a biker, an anthropologist, an international traveler who rides her bike across the world, adventurous spirit, and a great sense of fun? Linda Bootherstone-Bick, of course!
Ms. Linda Bootherstone-Bick, international traveler, biker, Geographer, song-writer, singer, etc. – a person of many talents – visited TIIGS on 18 February 2006 during her brief stay in Bangalore.
She traveled from the U.K. to Australia on her Yamaha bike on a solo trip through many countries. In her presentation, she shared many experiences, views, and songs that she composed during her journey.
A small but rapt audience asked her many questions that she addressed with great verve and humor. Here are a brief bio of Linda and some images from her presentation.
