How Earth Made Us

Part 1 – Deep Earth

Presented by Dr. Iain Stewart, Geologist

Human life is intimately connected to Earth. There is a very interesting connection between Earth’s hot interior and where civilizations were born, grew, and vanished. Earth is plentiful, but also powerful. No wonder many cultures respect Earth … and on one ever “conquers” Earth!

So, where did humans find Earth’s riches and Earth’s awesome power that they should fear?

Come and explore with us on

Sunday, 9 October 2011 4:30 to 6:30pm at the Young Creators’ Den
